Little Rompers Preschool is a licensed in-home preschool which has provided high quality childcare since 2010. I have 30+ years of teaching experience. I have a college background in Liberal Arts with an emphasis in early childhood development. My past work experience includes among others, being the program Director of a large childcare center, as well as a Program Specialist for the State of WA at Shoreline Community College's Parent Child Center. I am CPR/First Aid Certified. I provide daily meals following USDA meal pattern quidelines supported through the City of Seattle Child Care Nutrition Program.
I am also a proud mother of three wonderful children and have been married 19 years.
I believe that young children learn best through exploration. My program offers children many opportunities to ask questions, explore and discover within the context of a safe, loving environment. Through child-initiated and teacher supported activities, the children discover and expand their interests in a cozy home preschool setting while learning the skills necessary to be successful in school.
